Anna and Will were just married at the Philadelphia Free Library this October (which I can’t wait to show you!). But for now, I thought it was time to share their beautiful Philadelhpia engagement session on the blog! When I look at Anna and Will’s portraits, I’m struck by how classically Philly they feel. I think we captured the joy of their city and the personalities and joy of Anna and Will.

Philadelphia Engagement Session

When I began to talk with Anna and Will about what they wanted for their engagement session, we quickly settled on the idea that these photos would feature places they love to go! As residents of the city, Anna and Will enjoy all that Philly has to offer. So, we wanted to showcase their favorite spots. We kicked off their portraits at Rittenhouse Square, one of the places I LOVE in Philadelphia. Anna and Will lucked out with some beautiful fall foliage and fallen leaves around them throughout the square. It was perfect!

After we were done in Rittenhouse Square, we moved on and just enjoyed the city. Our goal was the riverfront! Along the way, I had Anna and Will stop to cuddle on the streets to capture some of the beautiful architecture in the city whenever the moment felt right! Anna and Will ended their session with a fun pop of champagne by the riverfront – such a great way to celebrate!

Congratulations, Anna and Will! I can’t wait to share your big day on the blog too – but for now, enjoy scrolling back through your fall Philadelphia engagement portraits!
