FAQs

• Do you travel?

Absolutely! I am based outside of Philadelphia, PA but love to travel. I can put together a custom package for travel which usually just includes travel costs. I've been blessed to have photographed weddings and couples in California, Maine, Vermont, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, New York and Jamaica. I've even photographed outside of the United States so don't hesitate to ask! I have a not-so-secret bucket list to photograph a wedding in all 50 states and then some.

• Can I see a full wedding gallery?

I'd be happy to show you a full wedding gallery. I'll even try to share galleries with you that are similar to your day. (i.e. if you're having your ceremony in a church, I will include galleries that also have a church wedding) Send me an e-mail and I'm happy to share.

• Do you work with budgets? / Can you share your pricing?

Weddings are like fingerprints and none are exactly alike. I have packages listed but they are completely customizable. Packages start at $3000 for full weddings but most often couples spend between $4000 - $5000. I also offer elopement / micro wedding package as well as couple sessions. If that doesn't seem to fit your budget, don't hesitate to reach out!

• How long have you been shooting weddings?

I learned how to shoot film in high school...(don't ask me when that was, lol) I started shooting weddings in 2012 and haven't looked back since. I always thought I'd work for myself but I really never thought I'd love what I do this much.

• Are you Insured?

Abso-freaking-lutely! I carry liability insurance and am happy to provide proof or list your venue if needed.

• How many photos do you deliver from a wedding?

This really depends on your day. I am not a photographer who limits the amount of photographs I give you to a strict number. I would say that an 8 hours day with 2 photographers is probably between 800 -1000 photos but again, it really depends on the day. If we have a lot of time for portraits, if you have a long family shot list, a million details, etc... all of these things can add to the amount of photos you are delivered.

• Can you tell me how you approach a wedding day?

If you are looking for someone to just show up, photograph your wedding and leave, I'm probably not the photographer for you. I take great care with each and every one of my weddings and I think its a necessity to get to know the couples I'm working with. It helps me tell your story in a really intimate way. It's really important to me to capture the day and all the organic emotions that come with it. Wedding days fly by, you've probably heard that from just about everyone at this point, but they do. It's impossible to be aware of everything thats happening and it's my priority to show you those moments. I make sure to pay attention to reactions of guests and loved ones during ceremony and receptions. I completely believe you can tell a whole story just focused on peoples hands and how they connect with their partners. I am not a very pose - heavy photographer as I want your personality and connection to shine through your photos, but let's face it, not all of us are used to having a camera around us all day. I am happy to offer directions if needed :)
